I am married and we share our home with a dog and two cats.
I really enjoy taking the dog out in the surrounding countryside and to the beach. During my free time you’ll also find me eating out, socialising with friends, reading and going to the theatre.
I am a Trustee of the Leslie Potter Memorial Trust.
Prior to joining Ward Gethin Archer, I spent 16 years working for a Local Authority in several disciplines in the planning department, including planning enforcement, determining of minor planning applications and S106 Agreement. I also had a spell in the Land Management department where I was responsible for dealing with land owned by the Local Authority.
I am long distance student of CILEx Tutorial College, already having taken all of my Level 3 examinations and am currently studying for my Level 6 examinations.
I originally joined Ward Gethin Archer in 2013 working for the conveyancing department and having left for a brief spell to work for a major developer, returned to the Watton office of Ward Gethin Archer in May 2018 back in the conveyancing department working on residential sales and purchases.
There are two things I really appreciate about working at Ward Gethin Archer, firstly, the way that despite the growth of the firm, the focus remains on the client. Also, the people I work with, they are like an extended family.
Having a short spell away from the firm made me realise how much I valued the relationships I had established with clients. I always put clients first, following the ethos to treat people as I myself would like to be treated.
I help people who are selling or buying a property. Whilst it is a well-known fact that moving home is up there as one of the most stressful events that anyone can be involved in, I try my best to make sure that it is as stress-free as it can be.
Sue as always was efficient fast and very thorough. Kept me informed and dealt with everything brilliantly. Would never use anyone else.
A great and speedy service all round, second time using WGA and would certainly use again.
The service we received was excellent. We were kept up to date at every stage and Sue made the whole experience of buying and selling very stress free.

We've just completed on the sale of our flat, following the recent purchase of our house. Both times, we've received the most amazing service from Sue and we couldn't recommend WGA higher. Sue was kind, skilled, conscientious and supportive and...
Clear, concise information given at all stages of the process and kept informed of developments without being pushy to us or the sellers agents, despite their efforts to rush things along.
Brilliant service all round, great communication, always friendly and helpful, excellent response time with emails and phone calls, great service and would definitely use again. A pleasure to deal with a company that has great customer service.
Very satisfied, good communication throughout from Sue, we knew exactly what was going on at all times. We would highly recommend WGA in the future.
